The section frames are made from selected west coast Hemlock that is kiln-dried to precise moisture content perfect for garage doors. It is then shaped and assembled under exacting standards.
Stiles and rails are mortise and tenon joined, glued, and steel-pinned for added strength.
Section joints are shiplap weather-lock design.
True divided windows.
Rails & Stile: 1-3/8″ thick cross-cut, finger jointed clear-grained Hemlock wood.
Panels: Models 101/102/103/103N: 9mm Meranti veneer BS1088 marine grade ply, (Meranti marine ply is used in canoe building).
Models 104/104N: 6mm Meranti veneer BS 1088 marine grade ply. Models 105/105N: 11/16″ clear edge glued Hemlock panels.
Windows: 4.5mm Clear Acrylic (Plexiglass).
The doors come furnished with commercial grade galvanized hardware.
Your door will ship fully crated (Price includes crating).
